FAQ & Shop Policies

Q: When will your holiday restock be available?

A: The Holiday restock will be available made-to-order from November 23rd at 7pm EST until November 27th at 7pm EST. All styles have a 7 day processing time, plus shipping. 

Q: What if I don't get my order before the holidays?

A: Sunday Brunch is not responsible for orders arriving after the holidays. All orders placed during the Holiday restock will be taken to the post office by December 4th. If you are concerned about the arrival, please upgrade your parcel as you see fit.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Free shipping is offered to qualified Canadian orders only. These orders are shipped in padded mailers through Canada Post Letter Mail. If you do not see the free Standard shipping option during check-out it is because your order weighs too much for the Letter Mail qualifications. Please note that the free Standard shipping option means your order is not trackable, not insured and will take 7+ business days to arrive. Sunday Brunch is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Q: What is the weight of the earrings?

A: Polymer clay is actually super lightweight and ranges from 0.05oz and 0.2oz.

Q: Are the earrings nickel free? 

A: You bet! All earring pieces are 14k gold filled.

Q: Do you offer clip-ons?

A: No, we do not.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: You betcha! Shoot me a note with your information and requests over on the Contact page or email me at sundaybrunchca@gmail.com so that we can dream up the perfect partnership!

Q: What is your cancellation & return policy?

A: I will honour requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of purchasing only. If you receive your item and you wish to return it, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving the package. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping and the amount you paid less the original shipping fee, will be refunded via your payment method upon arrival back to my studio.

Q: What is your processing time?

A: This depends. Pre-made earrings require 2-5 business day processing time plus shipping. Made-to-Order earrings require 7-10 business day processing time plus shipping. You are able to select your preferred shipping method at check-out. If your purchase is time sensitive, please communicate the day that you need the product in-hand prior to placing an order so that I can confirm if I can meet your needs. Please note that I am not responsible for an items arrival time once they are dropped off to be shipped. 

Q: My package tracking shows my items have arrived but I never received the package, what do I do?

A: Once I drop off the earrings to be shipped and a tracking number is sent your way the responsibility is on the shipper, not Sunday Brunch. Please reach out to your shipper for next steps to locate your package.

Q: My earrings arrived damaged. What do I do?

A: Firstly, I apologize that the earrings didn't arrive the way they were shipped out. To find a solution, please send me a note over on our Contact page or email us at sundaybrunchca@gmail.com with your Order Number and an image of the damaged earring within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Based on the assessed damaged, I will offer a solution.

Q: My earrings have imperfections. What do I do?

A: Your earrings are handmade and unique. Small imperfections and inconsistencies like bubbles, marks and variance of colour are commonly seen. The images I post are intended to show the imperfections so you're aware of what your earrings could look like. I will not accept returns or give refunds for small imperfections like the above.

Q: My earrings broke. What do I do?

A: I will be the first to tell you that polymer clay is a fragile material. Sunday Brunch is not responsible for replacing a broken piece nor providing a refund once the earrings are in your hands. I've provided you with earring care guidelines, so please read up!
